By accessing and using CDL Tutor, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

CDL Tutor provides AI-powered CDL (Commercial Driver's License) test preparation services, including practice questions, study materials, and progress tracking for all 50 US states.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Our service is offered as a subscription:

• Monthly: $9.99/month
• Annual: $79.99/year (33% savings)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by CDL Tutor and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

CDL TUTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Test Preparation Purposes Only

Our materials are for test preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee that using our materials will result in passing any CDL examination.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access for violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
